How I Completely Transformed my Physical, Mental & Emotional Health... Strap In Friend I'm About to Take You for a RIDE! 🎢

 Well I just had a LIFE TRANSFORMING EVENT....⁣

I have been going to doctors and natural therapists and healers for months now for Low Energy, low grade depression, & a chronic cough that lasted for MONTHS. ⁣

Bloodwork was coming back FINE & doctors all said you are fine and here's some Codeine and a Corticosteroid asthma inhaler for that cough (ummmm I don't even have asthma).... This is supposed to be a TOP LUNG specialist in Hamburg. 😳🤯 My whole body & intuition was screaming NOOOO while he explained that I must have mild asthma since all my allergy panels showed up fine. ⁣

Friends I was feeling like fucking SHIT. This winter season kicked my ass SO HARD. Life was throwing tsunami sized punches at me like I've never experienced before. 


I was Rocky Balboa going 12 rounds with the Russian. 🥴🥊⁣

Bc of my Spiritual Practice I knew this wouldn't last forever. I surrendered so FULLY to the chaos that was occurring. I kept taking tsunami sized 🌊👊🏼 hits from life. ⁣

What I was experiencing was a DEEP Ego Death. 💀🐍 It was painful. Dark night of the soul painful. 🪙 But my God was it purifying.... I was being forged anew like an iron in the fire. 🔥⚔️ Everything had to burn. 🌋 ⁣

There was Death, Betrayal, Grief, Disappointment, Releasing of Toxic People, Soul Crushing Medical Diagnoses of Loved Ones, Childhood Trauma Bubbling to the Surface. ⁣

Everything in the dark had to be revealed & healed. ⁣

I couldn't believe my nervous system could handle SO MUCH chaos at once. ⁣

At one point I had a HUGE trauma release my body shook uncontrollably bc I couldn't take anymore. ⁣

"Never steal someone's Rock Bottom." ⁣

I'll never forget that quote. ⁣

It's from our lowest lows of suffering that magic occurs. The suffering has to become so great that we have no other choice, but to catapult into some kind of radical action. I was a slingshot getting pulled and stretched to the max, preparing to launch 🚀 me into a new reality & upleveling. ⁣

Sometimes you gotta let it all burn to the ground to rebuild anew. ⁣

I don't usually talk about hardships. My intrinsic nature is light & positive. ⁣

But let's be REAL REAL. Nothing hits harder than life. ⁣

So I FINALLY found a Naturopathic Doctor that hooked me up to a Bioresonance machine & I FINALLY got a VALID diagnosis. The Bioresonance picked up the following:⁣

► Low Energy⁣

► Heavy Metal Toxicity (Arsenic & Mercury)⁣

► Bad Bacteria in my lungs causing chronic cough⁣

► Nervous System Dysregulation (I was in a dorsal vagal shutdown/depressed state from the chronic stress from the tsunami hits I kept getting from life)⁣

So I had to take some radical action in my own healing. ⁣

My entire life I learned how to treat myself naturally. ⁣

1st from my mother. ⁣

Then I studied Homeopathic Medicine for 4 years in NYC. ⁣

Then I worked at a Detox & Healing Center for 2 Years in Thailand. ⁣

By nature I have always been an intuitive healer. ⁣

I just know what my body needs. ⁣

I know what a client's body needs. ⁣

Combine Yoga With a Beach Workout

Yoga is one of the time tested ways of losing weight and there's hardly a better way than to combine it with your beach workout. The concept of yoga also relies on stretching of muscles to reduce weight and inches. Yoga exercises do not promote weight training strength. They work on the principle of burning fat through specific postures. You can alternate between Yoga and the beach sessions. Both of them should be performed in open air where you can inhale loads of oxygen and revive your sluggish system.
Every exercise starts with a warm up. In the case of beach exercises, you can use a jump rope for 2 minutes before you get going with the stretching, dips, and stomach crunches. Similarly, yoga too needs some warm up and this can be done with some deep breathing exercises. Take a few deep breaths and feel the instant freshness and a burst of energy before you start the workout. When you lose weight through this method, it keeps you toned for a longer period of time, unlike weight training that leads to quick weight gain as soon as you discontinue the workout.
Here, we intend to tell you some of the similarities and differences between yoga and a beach workout. You can combine them to lose weight in a healthy manner. It would be good to mention that apart from a simple workout, a little diet control will have some amazing results on your body.
Yoga includes a variety of bodily postures; it covers elementary training of the body by a few simple therapeutic or physiotherapeutic exercises to the spiritual liberation of the mind from body. Yoga and other physical exercises are not antipathetic to each other but rather mutually complementary. A half an hour gap should be kept between yoga practices and physical exercises, such as a beach workout, to achieve the objective of both. In physical workouts, the stress is on utmost utilization of energy. In yoga practices, this is to be evaded deliberately. Expending the least physical and mental energy, along with respite of effort, is the keynote of the system of performing the yogic postures.
Beach Yoga
A combination of yoga and beach workout is called beach yoga. The idea is to work out on an uneven surface like sand. This kind of stress builds secondary muscles in the thighs, hips and calves. Any kind of stretching when done repeatedly becomes monotonous and our body stops reacting to it. "Change" is what you need; so surprise your body with different postures and styles of workout for maximum weight loss. It is the key to a lean body. Though your regular stretching exercises may not have many postures or styles, yoga offers a variety of asana (postures). To name a few; Swastika pose, Corpse pose, Thunderbolt pose, Lotus pose, Cat pose, Cobra pose, Bow pose, Locust pose, Boat pose, Fish pose, Mountain pose, Peacock pose, Head stand pose, Crocodile pose, and so on. The names may sound funny, but the benefits are amazing. So make yoga a part of your daily beach workouts and lose weight the healthy way.
